Getting Started

If you’re an existing BCPS customer and you’re moving from Leashtime to Time To Pet, this guide will help you understand the process to activate your account.

Step One: To activate your account, please visit: 
Step Two: and enter your email address and click “Send Activation Email”. You will receive an email with your temporary password as well as instructions on how to login to your Client Portal account.

Step Three: After logging in for the first time, please take a moment to review all of the information in the “Pets” section as well as the “My Info” section. If any information needs to be updated, please take a moment to update the info as well.

Accessing Your Account After Activation

Once you’ve activated your account, you can access your account by selecting. “Client Login” from the homepage navigation.
